How can I measure my ARM?
Please follow the instructions below to measure your arm properly, so we can be sure that your armband will fit nicely. Stand up straight with the arm relaxed at your side, use a flexible measuring tape and measure just above your bicep (or where you wish to wear your armband) .
If you don't have a tape measure handy, use a strip of paper or thin string, and mark it where it overlaps on your arm. Then lay the strip flat to measure up to the mark using any ruler.

How can I measure my NECK?
Please follow the instructions below to measure your neck properly and accurately, so that your choker will have the best fit. Use a flexible measuring tape and measure your neck.
If you don't have a tape measure handy, use a strip of paper or thin string, and mark it where it overlaps on your neck. Then lay the strip flat to measure up to the mark using any ruler. Just measure tightly enough so the tape or strip doesn't slip.

How To Measure Your Hand:
Follow the instructions below to measure your hand properly, so we can be sure that your bangle will fit nicely. Squeeze your hand together as if you are going to wear a bangle bracelet. Use a flexible measuring tape and measure the thickest part of your hand. (Knuckles & Thumb)
If you don't have a tape measure handy, use a strip of paper or thin string, and mark it where it overlaps on your hand. Then lay the strip flat to measure up to the mark using any ruler.
If you would like to let me know your wrist measurements as well, it will help me ensure that you will receive a bangle that will have a comfortable fit.

❖ SMALL: 6cm (2.36 inches) diameter approximately/ 19cm (7.5 inches) circumference approximately
❖ MEDIUM: 6.5cm (2.55 inches) diameter approximately/ 20cm (8 inches) circumference approximately
❖ LARGE: 7cm (2.75 inches) diameter approximately/ 21.5cm (8.5 inches) circumference approximately
❖ EXTRA LARGE: 7.5cm (3 inches) diameter approximately/ 23cm (9 inches) circumference approximately
